Davide Agazzi
Davide has a degree in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan. He followed this with a master in Corporate Social Responsibility and qualified as SA8000 auditor. He joined Avanzi in 2009 as researcher and consultant. He is involved in project regarding sustainability policies, social innovation and incubation of start ups. He also manages communications and public relations of “Barra A”.
Matteo Bartolomeo
Matteo graduated in Economics from the Catholic University in Milan and holds a European master in environmental management. He started his career in Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei, and is a founding partner and President of Avanzi. His fields of expertise are sustainable innovation, green economy and stakeholder engagement. He is responsible for the Avanzi incubator and leads projects in applied research and consulting for large business and public administration. He lectures in environmental economics at the Polytechnic of Milan and the University of Sassari.
Davide Dal Maso
Davide has a degree in Law from University of Bologna, followed by a European master in environmental management. He is an expert in corporate social responsibility and ethical finance. He has been active in the field of sustainability since the early nineties and was a founding partner of Avanzi. He leads the consulting activities and is involved in several projects regarding social innovation in economics and finance. He is general secretary of the Forum Per la Finanza Sostenibile and a member of the Eurosif board of directors.
Marco De Simone
Marco graduated in Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan. He held supply chain management roles in the chemical and consumer industries before moving to management consulting, mainly in business process reengineering. He started to work on corporate sustainability in 2003 providing consultancy on strategy, operational integration and reporting in Oil & Gas (Eni, Erg), Telecommunications (Wind) and transportation (Ferrovie dello Stato). He joined the Avanzi team in 2010 to further develop consulting activity.
Satia Marchese Daelli
Satia has a degree in Law from the Catholic University in Milan and a master in environmental law and regulations. She joined Avanzi in 2002 and has been consulting for large companies mainly in the field of sustainability reporting and organizational integration. More recently she led organizational effectiveness projects for both important national and local branches of international NGO, including Unicef and WWF.
Carolina Pacchi
Carolina graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan, and continued to work there as a researcher after completing a PhD in territorial and environmental planning. She is director of Metis consortium. A founding partner of Avanzi, she is involved in projects regarding local sustainable development and management of environmental and territorial conflicts.
Giovanni Petrini
Giovanni has a degree in Economics and Social Disciplines (DES) from Bocconi University of Milan. From 2006 to 2011 he led the project “Fa’ la cosa giusta!” (“Do the right thing”) which aims to promote sustainable consumption and lifestyle. He was also a founding member of “The Hub” in Milan. He joined Avanzi in 2011 to follow up the incubator activity. He is also in charge of Avanzi’s communication and network development.
Emma Sarti
Emma graduated in Business Administration from the University Cà Foscari of Venice with a thesis on corporate social responsibility. She joined Avanzi in 2010 following a short experience in a multinational healthcare company. She is involved in projects regarding sustainability reporting.
Letizia Zanello
Letizia has a bachelor degree in Physics from the University of Ferrara. She joined Avanzi in 2007. She is the office manager of “Barra A” and provides administrative support to Avanzi staff.
Davide Zanoni
Davide graduated in Economics and Social Disciplines (DES) from the Bocconi University of Milan, and followed this with a Master in Development Policies and Programs from the Polytechnic of Milan. He joined Avanzi in 2002 as a researcher and is today both CEO and responsible for the Think Tank.
Matteo Zulianello
Matteo has a degree in Urban and Environmental planning from the Polytechnic of Milan. He subsequently completed the RIDEF Master Energy for Kyoto. He joined Avanzi in 2005 as a researcher and consultant, and today is involved in projects regarding development of sustainability policies, renewable energy, management of environmental and territorial conflicts.
